PERC Training is essential to all Personnel working in the security industry. The Guardian Group works closely with our accounts to develop a tailored training program to meet the needs of the property and staff. Our Academy trains individuals new to the security industry looking to obtain their PERC license as well as those that are looking for advanced courses.
The course leads to a 20 Hour Completion Certificate of the required subjects, to obtain your PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) from the State of Illinois.

The Guardian Group Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR, and AED course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.
